Brief info

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship where the client’s strengths and insights are central to the process. I work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences and perspectives, ensuring that therapy is tailored to their individual needs and goals.

With over 21 years of active duty service in the US Air Force and a comprehensive background in mental health, I am dedicated to supporting individuals through their personal journeys. My experience as a mental health technician and hospital administrator, combined with my MA in Community Mental Health Counseling, enables me to offer a nuanced and empathetic approach to therapy.

I am honored to work with adults and couples who are ready to take the courageous step of opening up and exploring their vulnerabilities. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a belief in each person’s resilience and inherent strength. I understand that while everyone desires happiness and success, obstacles can sometimes impede progress. My goal is to collaboratively develop actionable plans that empower clients to make meaningful changes and pursue their goals.

I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, anger, complex trauma, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and career and life transitions. By fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment, I aim to help clients overcome challenges and move forward with hope.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.
