Loren Gibson

I am dually licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional
Counselor. I have over 15 years of experience in working with children,
adolescents, adults, couples, and families suffering from various issues including
depression, anxiety, anger, communication issues, conflict resolution, divorce,
couples issues, parenting struggles, trauma including sexual abuse, and life’s many
transitions.
With my specific training in family systems, my focus is on how our relationships
with others impact us daily, and how to work on, not only, identifying any
dysfunction in these relationships, but also fostering improved boundaries and
healthy communication.
I am also a certified facilitator of PREPARE-ENRICH Marital Assessment which has
been shown to increase your chance of marital success for marital and premarital
couples. With my specific focus on family systems; I help clients learn how to
navigate these tricky relationships and gain improvement in their overall happiness.
I also work to include parents in the process when working with children and teens
while also protecting the privacy of that child/teen.
