- suicidality
- adoption
- parent coaching
- mood disorders
- personality disorders
- somatic experiencing
- life adjustments
I have worked with kiddos 8+ and their parents, with specific training in teens and adults.
I believe full-heartedly in looking holistically at who you are as a person- the biological, psychological, and social factors that combine to make you your distinctive self. I believe every person comes from a unique set of circumstances, therefore requiring a unique treatment style. I will work with you to create a plan that best addresses what you would like to tackle using a humanistic approach combined with CBT and DBT-style techniques.
Therapy is a collaborative process where you and I will work together to understand the issues from their core to how they affect your daily functioning in even the smallest ways. I value open communication, compassion, and teamwork, so I will work hard to create a space for you or your child that allows vulnerability and productive progress.
